The Rock Garden is sited on the slope above the Kitchen Garden and is a display of xeriphilic and alpine plants that are able to still survive in the heat and humidity of summers in East Tennessee. A selection of hardy conifers, sedums, native Echinacea, rosemary, baptisia, opuntia, and perovskia are on display with non-hardy cacti and other succulents brought out for summer interest.
