Created in 2010, the UT Gardens Kitchen Garden is a .25 acre edible plant collection within the UT Gardens. The garden consists of 55 raised beds’ as well as a large herb spiral and a berm and swale tea garden. The display showcases sustainably raised seasonal vegetables, herbs, small fruits and cut flowers. Produce is harvested for donation to area food banks.
