“An Evening in Bloom,” the 2025 UT Gardens Gala featured honorary hosts Donde Plowman and Dennis Duchon. The memorable evening in the UT Gardens, Knoxville featured drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and a silent auction. Also featured was a farm-to-table dinner with a program highlighting our staff members and an exciting live auction.

UT Sustainable Beef is produced at the Northeast Tennessee AgResearch and Education Center. This unique program bolsters sustainability in that beef cattle are born, raised, and consumed within a 150-mile radius.
- Pickled vegetables and exotic fruits
- Red wine poached Bosc pear, goat cheese, and toasted walnuts on a bed of fresh Bibb lettuce with an herb vinaigrette
- 7-ounce UT Beef chargrilled filet with a bordelaise sauce and lobster tart accompanied by truffle oil mashed potatoes and fresh baby vegetables
- Lemon curd cheesecake with almond lace cookie, macerated strawberries with basil, and fresh whipped cream
- Artichoke and feisty feta crostini
- Cured meats and local cheeses
- Pesto shrimp wrapped in prosciutto
